Heather Pacaro

Heather was a member of the Saint Vrain FC Board from 2016-2021 and served as President at the time of the merger. Prior to joining the board, she participated in the Parents Advisory Council. 

Heather spent the majority of her professional career working in HR for companies such as IBM, Epsilon and DigitalGlobe. She is now self-employed as an Executive Coach and HR Consultant, helping leaders achieve peak performance, while nurturing thriving teams. She holds a BA in Mass Communications from the University of Wyoming and an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources Management & Organization from the University of Denver. She also holds certifications for both Life and Leadership Coaching. 

Heather lives in Longmont with her husband and teenage sons, Kael (‘06) and Rien (‘08), both of which play for Real North and work in the soccer community.
