Junior Academy South
Real Colorado Junior Academy is a program for U8, U9 and U10 players that encourages them to compete in a competitive environment. Players are selected and placed on teams by ability, performance, and mentality. We believe this program is a fun atmosphere for development to occur.
Tryouts for our Junior Academy during the 2025/2026 season are complete. Please get with our staff if you are interested in a trial or finding out more.

Our Parker-based Sporting teams are a part of Real Colorado’s Junior Academy, designed for young players ready to take the next step in their development. These teams offer a more advanced training environment with competitive games, and a continued focus on fun, learning, and growth.

Junior Academy Structure:
Each team is provided a Real Colorado paid coach
3 trainings per week
8 game league season in the Colorado Soccer Association Intermediate League
2 tournaments per season
Players have the opportunities to move up or down throughout the year between seasons to best match their development growth.
Rosters can vary from team to team, but are usually 10-12 players to allow more playing time and promote upward player movement.
