Real Colorado is one of eight clubs in the country to support two girls teams in each age group in the ECNL. We expect our players interested in these programs to be excellent in both player and in person. Our goal is to develop a game-centric approach allowing for long-term development to occur through the refining of talent through challenge and application of skills and tactics. As the sport of soccer grows in the United States, young players in our country need the proper environment to compete against the world’s elite. The ECNL programs provide a national platform for development and competition for the nation’s top youth soccer players, coaches and referees by emphasizing development through quality training and limited, meaningful competition.

Player Placement for the ECNL will take place prior to Memorial Day weekend for all age groups. Players from outside of Real Colorado are strongly encouraged to reach out prior to these dates for an individual trial opportunity.

Real Colorado alumni Mallory Pugh, Jaelene Hinkle, Janine Beckie, Sophie Smith and Jaelin Howell are all alumni of our ECNL program and we are always looking for who is next!
