Check In Requirements
Rosters, passes, and medical releases must be present at all games-electronically is fine.
Rosters
Roster 1- Official CSA Roster
Upload a PDF of your team's Official CSA Roster (Sports Connect).
Be sure you have handwritten in any player names, DOB, ID, etc., whom you are adding to your team to guest play to the bottom of your Sports Connect Roster.
Roster 2- GotSport Event Roster
You will create your Real Spring Classic roster in your GotSport team application.
You must include head shots and jersey numbers.
We will then match the two rosters and approve the tournament roster. It will appear on all game cards provided to the game officials to check in and approve all players at game time.
Player Passes
ONLY needed for any player that is handwritten in on your official CSA roster (guest players and club pass players). Please upload one document containing copies of all player passes in GotSport.
Medical Release Forms
All players must have some form of a medical release present at the fields. Need one, click here.
