Player Placement - Elite Girls

Real Colorado’s performance in ECNL continues to place our club among the best in the country. After finishing 4th overall nationally in the ECNL club rankings (2023/2024) and 13th overall in 2024/2025, our teams continue to represent Colorado at the highest level while raising the standard for competitive excellence and player development.

This recent success includes a 2025 U17 ECNL National Championship (’08 Girls), our first Texas Conference Championships (’08 and ’10 Girls) in 2026, and being the only club in Colorado with teams qualified for the 2026 ECNL National Championships. These accomplishments reflect the consistency, depth, and daily commitment of our players and staff and reinforce Real Colorado as the leading ECNL and ECNL-RL pathway for players seeking the highest level of competition, exposure, and opportunity.

Key Dates:

  • Prior to May 1 - ECNL and ECNL-RL players may attend a trial with a written release from their current club

  • May 1 - current out of club ECNL, ECNL-RL and CSA players may trial with Real Colorado.

  • Trials for the 2026 season have been suspended until after June 1st. We encourage anyone interested in joining Real Colorado to consider our competitive tryouts.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to try out for Real Colorado girls National, Athletico and Olympico teams. As the only club in Colorado with teams qualified for the ECNL National playoffs, we know the process isn’t easy, and we appreciate the effort, energy, and passion each player brought to the field.

For those who were not selected for one of our National, Athletico, or Olympico girls teams, we would encourage you to take a look at our competitive program. It’s a great environment to continue developing, and we’ve seen many players grow and move within the club over time.
