Eric Miller

Eric currently serves as Partner and Co-Founder of Eagle River Capital, LLC, a private equity and investment firm, and was previously Co-Founder of Denver-based Kodiak Building Partners. He has served in key executive leadership roles, driving corporate growth, fundraising, capital allocation, and operational excellence across a variety of business sectors. Throughout his career, Eric has successfully scaled multiple enterprises, while building value for investors. Prior to his current investment roles, he established a strong foundation in corporate finance, strategic management, and business operations.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Denver. Eric and his family have called Colorado home since 2001, residing locally with his wife Diana, a former University of Denver Division I soccer player, and their three daughters, who all play for Real Colorado.
