Proudly serving Longmont and the greater St. Vrain Valley, Real Colorado is committed to empowering each student – athlete with the skills to reach their greatest soccer potential. Our staff recognizes that each player has a unique set of attributes and goals. Our objective as a coaching staff is to accurately evaluate the ability of each player and to place them on a team that will promote their greatest development.
At Real Colorado, we believe strongly our players are best evaluated over the course of a season versus a single training or game. To that end, it’s important players and their families recognize that each opportunity to play is a chance to improve and impress, that training and games that fall on either side of the spectrum will get minimized through a deeper look and all help us find the best place for a player to thrive.

Location: All tryouts will be held at Sandstone Ranch Park
Event Cancellation: Should a day of tryouts get cancelled due to weather, we will reschedule for the same day/time/location later in the week.
All players should arrive 10-15 minutes early to get their field assignment and to get signed in. In club players (North) should plan to wear their training kits: red, black, black.
Out of club players should wear their white jerseys and soccer appropriate shorts, and socks.

Real Colorado player placement has been completed for the Fall 2021 / Spring 2022 season in the U11-U19 age groups. Real Colorado is always open to trial players throughout the year to get to know a player should the need and opportunity of a team match up with the ability of a player. If you are interested in a trial follow the link below. Trialing will close on May 3rd and only camps and our tryouts will be open available for player evaluation.
Real Colorado offers camps year round and as evaluation is a two way streak, our camps are a great way to get to know our coaches at Real Colorado. Consider signing up for one of our camps today!
Real Colorado is the only club in Colorado to support National platforms (the ECNL, MLS Next and USYS Elite64 platforms) for our top 3 teams. If you are a player who is currently playing at the highest level in your club and looking for something more, please reach out and find out more. It’s not for everyone, but if its right for you and your current club can’t support it, why wouldn’t you ask?
