1) Create GotSport Roster for all players (including guest players).

• For creating gotsport roster

  To create your gotsport roster from your dashboard:

  1. Click on team management

  2. Scroll and select the team you want to work on

  3. You'll get a pop up screen, from the top menu of that, select team members

  4. You'll click the green Add Player and begin creating the roster that way

  5. Once done, from that same top menu, click on Team Registrations

  6. Click on the blue Rosters button on the right for Real Cup

  7. The next screen should say Select Event Roster on the top left, make sure it says Real Cup event and in the section below on the right it says Clone roster from, it should default to Current Team Roster, click submit.  It should copy the roster you just created.

• Don’t forget to include Jersey # and Head Shots for each player. It is mandatory.

2) Upload PDF Official Roster (showing approval of governing body USYS, US Club)

• Your GotSport Roster and your Official Roster MUST match exactly.

• Any guest players must be written in on your official roster including jersey numbers.

• Any players not playing on your team in the Real Cup should be crossed off.

3) Player Passes- Only needed for Guest Players. Please upload guest player passes in GotSport.

We will compare the gotsport roster you created and the pdf official roster you uploaded. If everything matches and all jersey number and headshots are present, then we will approve each player. This approved roster is what will appear on the game cards for the officials each game. If any information is missing, we will send you a follow up message through GotSport.
